This week James Franco came to my school to showcase his artwork and so I got to meet him and the rest of his family. I already knew his mom and she got me to the front of this huge line leading into the event. It was such a wonderful night! I got to talk to Tom, James' younger brother about such random things for like 20 mins. I didn't get to talk to James very much because he was being swarmed by fans the whole night. And of course, I had a few conversations with Betsy as well. Sadly, Dave could not make it to the event.

These are the products I use to keep my skin healthy and ready for the day/ for the night. 

Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash 

I have been using this facial wash for a very long time and it is by far one of my FAVORITE facial washes. I like using this in the morning because it's super refreshing (if you've ever chewed mint gum and drank water afterwards..it feels like that) and it leaves my face feeling soft and oil free. 

Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer

Good moisturizer. Not too heavy. Does its job. You know, it moisturizes.  Fun stuff.

Sun Bum Zinc Oxide

I am crazy about sun protection. So this zinc oxide has SPF 50 and it smells like summer and it brings back great memories so I just put that on after moisturizer every morning. However, this does make my skin oily throughout the day so I always keep oil blotting sheets with me.
                                                         First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser

This is a great cleanser for nighttime because it removes excess makeup, it's really gentle on the skin, it's unscented and it lathers up very nicely. 

Seaweed Exfoliator

I usually mix this in with my First Aid Beauty face wash because I'm lazy and don't like to do the two separately... This exfoliator has a light, fresh, scent and it's not too harsh on the skin and is all around a good exfoliator.
Darphin Toner
I have never actually used toner before, this is my first bottle and this toner really nourishes your skin after you've used cleanser and stripped all of the natural oils out so yay for toner! idk my mom just tells me to use toner.

I stopped by Starbucks this weekend and saw that they had Pumpkin Spice drinks and I am ready to start wearing layers, ankle boots, knee high boots, cozy sweaters, etc. but then again there is no such thing as autumn or winter in California... Have a good day!

If you know me, you would know that I am COMPLETELY, utterly obsessed with everything from Lush. Recently, I've been loving their new "Magnificent" soap which smells nice, sweet, and fruity but it's not too all up in yo face; if you know what I mean. On the website they describe it as fresh, fruity and fabulous and I could not agree more. This soap has a tropical, summery vibe and I'm all for it!
