HELLO COLD WEATHER!

Okay, maybe not so cold weather... but  it was 70 degrees, there was a breeze, and it rained (sprinkled) for a good 5 minutes so I am taking that as a sign that the FALL SEASON HAS STARTED! This is how most fall/ winter days are here in Cali.

I am so ready for pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin pie, pumpkin everything! Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas are all around the corner and I am really looking forward to all the amazing food, time with family and perhaps the snow. I like how snow looks but being in it for a few hours is not my cup of tea. What's your favorite part of the fall season?

OUTFIT
Overalls are a must for me every fall season so I'm wearing my Abercrombie & Fitch overalls which I purchased over the summer during one of their clearance sales and I paired it with a cropped ribbed top from Urban Outfitters. I accessorized with my favorite $2 yellow circle pendant necklace from American Apparel, Forever 21 fedora, BP booties and a Michael Kors cross body.

MAKEUP
Pretty simple makeup look today using the Naked 3 palette, Anastasia brow pencil, Stila eyeliner, Trish McEvoy foundation, Clinique lip pencil, and MAC studiofinish bronzer.

HEY FALL?!

The weather in California has been really weird lately. One day it's freezing, the next it's burning and I never know what to wear anymore. Today was colder in the morning and a little warm in the afternoon so I just wore this peppered oversized sweater from Urban Outfitters paired with Brandy Melville black leggings and a Kate Spade crossbody purse which I got at an outlet by Niagara Falls when I visited Canada this summer. You may have seen these glasses before all over social media -- they are Quay Australia's My Girl sunnies and they were very difficult to get ahold of because they were always sold out on their website. If you want to know what I'm drinking, it's a New Orleans coffee from Blue Bottle Coffee. Fun story about this cup of   coffee -- I spent like 10 mins at the counter trying to get the lid on the cup because the coffee would always spill once I applied any pressure onto it. Once 1/4 (that's an exaggeration but still) of it spilled out of the sides and onto my hands, I stuck the straw in, took a sip and realized it didn't have any sweetener in it so I had to undo the lid, pour some sugar and a bit of milk in and repeated the whole lid on, lid off spillfest. Hope you have a wonderful Labor Day weekend! - Seri
